Use music as a way to shift your energy in a quick and positive way so you can combat feelings of overwhelm, frustration, anxiety and defeat. 

Save a personal PHOTO ALBUM with your favourite: people, scenery, locations, images, screenshots/quotes, etc. 

When you are feeling triggered, frustrated, or sad, scroll through these images for an immediate visual pick-me-up. 

Write NOTES TO YOURSELF including affirmations, motivational quotes and personal reminders of who you are, what you stand for, your values and your purpose. 

Use this folder to refocus your attention and reignite the passion you have inside. Try making a list of “I am” statements that highlight who you are at your best.
