For the past 16 years, Susan has been honing her skills in learning & development in non-profit and government sectors, showcasing her skills in team development, leadership and training. She specializes in group facilitation, coaching, and program development with a focus on emotional intelligence, reflective practice and leadership. Susan has worked with executives, front line staff, as well as children and youth in her years of experience.
In 2018, Susan made the leap from a secure government job to entrepreneurship and hasn’t looked back since. In search of personal and professional alignment and the space to create a positive change, Susan works intentionally to bring more self-awareness, leadership fundamentals and individual accountability to teams and organizations.
Susan holds a diverse educational background including a Master of Social Work and Certificate in Adult Education. She is a Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Co-Active trained Coach and a certified Emotional Intelligence assessor (EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360) who is able to leverage her academic and professional expertise in individual and group sessions.
Susan’s mission has always been to inspire learning that creates change. Her work is an infusion of creativity with elements of fun and experiential learning. She is known for holding space for incredibly deep work and powerful transformation and leaving a positive impression wherever she goes.
